As a Customer Service & Parts Advisor apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of the workshop, working closely with technicians, customers, and parts supply teams. 

Through your parts advisor apprentice­ship and automative customer service training, you’ll learn how to identify the right parts for every job, manage stock effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service – all while working with one of the most respected names in the industry.

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring Mercedes-Benz Trucks stay maintained to the highest standards, helping keep customers on the road and businesses keep moving.

After completing your apprentice­ship as a Customer Service and Parts Advisor, you’ll have a promising future with one of our authorised Mercedes-Benz Trucks repairers. 

You could progress into HGV service advisor jobs, parts advisor jobs and specialist roles in parts management, using your expertise to keep essential vehicles moving.
