As a Customer Service & Parts Advisor apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of the workshop, working closely with technicians, customers, and parts supply teams.
Through your parts advisor apprenticeship and automative customer service training, you’ll learn how to identify the right parts for every job, manage stock effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service – all while working with one of the most respected names in the industry.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring Mercedes-Benz Trucks stay maintained to the highest standards, helping keep customers on the road and businesses keep moving.

15 months plus End-Point Assessment (typically completed within 1–3 months)
